K-Swiss are celebrating Amsterdam this King’s Day…
The legendary sneaker and sports brand, K-Swiss, has taken great inspiration from Amsterdam for a unique release.
With a mission to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs, they have put two Dutch entrepreneurs at the heart of their campaign for a new King’s Day ready shoe. Kimberly Jenneskens (fashion designer) and Atakan Akardere (music and events) are featured in a wild poster campaign around the city, and both gave talks at the K-Swiss pop-up store on Huidenstraat 13 on Thursday 25th April.
The sneakers themselves come in Dutch colourways, with the famous orange and elements of the Dutch flags featuring. The newly introduced CR-Castle has been updated with orange suede and mesh upper, with Dutch flag colours on the lacing. The Court Chiswick, a tennis classic, has a white leather upper with the five stripe branding updated to reflect the Dutch flag once more.
Perfect sneakers for Koningsdad, they are available exclusively from Sidestep.
