Sonos Move: The best portable speaker?
The electronic brand, Sonos has introduced the Sonos Move, the durable smart speaker with a longlasting battery for great sound indoors, outdoors and on the move.
‘Who’s got a speaker?’ is a common question at picnics, beach trips and barbecues and, should you want to reserve one of these soon-to-be-released speakers, you could be the answer to that question. With Sonos Move, the company is taking its first step outside the home – thus the name.
The Move can be connected to the Sonos system via WiFi, but also works with Bluetooth. The powerful speaker sets the bar high for portable speakers, a crowded market in which a few selected brands stand out. Sonos is certainly one of them and this in-demand speaker can be reserved from today for 399 euros.
Sonos Move represents the best of the Sonos software platform and partner ecosystem and supports more than a hundred streaming services, multiple voice assistants including Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa (available in the future in the Netherlands), AirPlay2 and more. Together with the Sonos Port and the Sonos One SL, the two other new products that Sonos is introducing this fall, they are an extension to the Sonos system with smart speakers and components.
If you want to be the guy who brings the vibes, be they indoor or outdoor, the Sonos Move is truly one of the best portable speakers of today.
