A tribute to 750 years of Amsterdam
In honour of Amsterdam’s rich history and iconic architecture, Montblanc and GASSAN have joined forces to create a masterpiece celebrating the city’s 750th anniversary. With only 750 pieces available worldwide, this Limited Edition Pen is the ultimate collectable for enthusiasts of luxury, craftsmanship, and the unique character of Amsterdam.
The essence of Amsterdam in a writing instrument
Montblanc and GASSAN share a passion for craftsmanship, luxury, and quality. This shared passion comes to life in the Limited Edition Pen, which is much more than just a writing instrument; it embodies the spirit of Amsterdam. The pen’s most striking feature is the beautiful design of the iconic Amsterdam canal houses, elegantly depicted in a golden hue on the pen’s deep black lacquer. This subtle yet expressive engraving alludes to the city’s unique architecture, an unmistakable symbol of Amsterdam.
A distinctive detail on the pen is the engraved canal house with a diamond-shaped window—a nod to Amsterdam’s legacy as a diamond capital. This feature reflects the long-standing relationship between Amsterdam and the diamond industry, making the pen an even more fitting tribute to the city.
A unique collaboration between two icons of luxury
The partnership between Montblanc and GASSAN not only marks Amsterdam’s 750th anniversary but also celebrates the enduring connection between these two renowned brands. Together, they have created a unique product that unites the best of both worlds: Montblanc’s unparalleled writing instruments and GASSAN’s expertise in fine jewellery.
Craftsmanship in a limited edition
The Montblanc X GASSAN Limited Edition Pen is available exclusively through GASSAN, with only 750 pieces in existence. This limited quantity and exclusive availability make the pen not only a unique collector’s item but also a symbol of exclusivity and craftsmanship.
The Limited Edition Pen will be available exclusively at GASSAN online and in the Montblanc Boutique on P.C. Hooftstraat starting Friday, 8 November. From 15 November, other GASSAN locations carrying Montblanc products will also offer the Limited Edition Pen. Additionally, from this date, the pen will be available for purchase on GASSAN’s online store.
