Born in Panningen in 1995, Jorrit Hendrix rose through PSV’s academy and debuted in 2013. He helped PSV win three Eredivisie titles (2015, 2016, 2018) and set a record early on with 78 wins in his first 100 matches. Hendrix then ventured abroad, playing in Russia (Spartak Moscow), Turkey (loan at Feyenoord), Germany (Fortuna Düsseldorf), and Australia (Western Sydney Wanderers) before joining Preußen Münster in Germany’s 2. Bundesliga in 2024. A disciplined midfielder known for his defensive workrate and tactical discipline, he also earned one senior cap for the Netherlands in 2016.
Off the Pitch
Off the field, Hendrix keeps a grounded, family-first lifestyle. Married in 2022, he’s a father of two. Beyond football, he shows a quiet side: Hendrix speaks German and is passionate about mentoring youth through academy visits in Germany and the Netherlands. Although he avoids the spotlight, he supports community initiatives, especially in Indigenous football development during his time in Australia. Consistently focused on team and community, Hendrix reflects thoughtful professionalism both on and off the pitch.
