On the Pitch
Born in Panningen in 1995, Jorrit Hendrix developed through PSV’s academy and made his senior debut in 2013. Across nearly a decade in Eindhoven, he won three Eredivisie titles (2015, 2016, 2018) and set a club record by collecting 78 wins in his first 100 matches. Seeking new challenges, Hendrix played abroad with Spartak Moscow, spent a loan spell at Feyenoord, and later joined Fortuna Düsseldorf and Western Sydney Wanderers. In 2024 he signed with Preußen Münster in Germany’s 2. Bundesliga, where his discipline, defensive positioning, and tactical awareness make him a stabilizing force in midfield. He also earned one senior cap for the Netherlands in 2016.
Off the Pitch
Off the field, Hendrix keeps a grounded, family-first lifestyle. Married in 2022, he’s a father of two. Beyond football, he shows a quiet side: Hendrix speaks German and is passionate about mentoring youth through academy visits in Germany and the Netherlands. Although he avoids the spotlight, he supports community initiatives, especially in Indigenous football development during his time in Australia. Consistently focused on team and community, Hendrix reflects thoughtful professionalism both on and off the pitch.
