Devyne Rensch began at VV Unicum in Lelystad, later developing within Feyenoord and Sparta youth systems before joining Ajax’s academy at 13. He debuted for Ajax’s first team at 17 and earned the Abdelhak Nouri Trophy in 2019–20 as the academy’s top talent. A versatile defender, he has featured in over 100 matches for Ajax, mostly as a right-back, winning two Eredivisie titles and a KNVB Cup.
