Davy van den Berg began at UDI ’19 before joining PSV’s academy in 2008 and later moving to FC Utrecht in 2019. After developing in Utrecht’s youth and reserve teams, he broke into the senior squad in 2021 and also gained experience during a loan at Roda JC. In 2022 he signed for PEC Zwolle, where he became a central figure, logging more than 2,200 minutes in the 2024–25 Eredivisie season with four goals and three assists. In 2025 he returned to Utrecht, where his vision, passing accuracy, and attacking output make him a pivotal midfielder once again.
Off the Pitch
Davy found structure and peace through Islam after his mother’s death in 2015. He embraces his faith visibly, sharing Quran recitations and motivational messages online.
