On the Pitch

Danilo Pereira began his career in Brazil with Santos, where his talent as a young forward quickly drew attention. At 18 he moved to Europe to join Ajax’s academy, eventually breaking into the first team before making his name on loan at FC Twente, scoring 17 goals in the 2021–22 Eredivisie season. His success led to a transfer to Feyenoord, where he played a role in their 2022–23 Eredivisie title win. In 2023 he joined Rangers in Scotland, adding sharp movement, pressing energy, and reliable finishing to their attack as he continues to grow into a key figure in the squad.

Off the Pitch

Born in São Paulo, Danilo remains grounded despite his European success. He’s soft-spoken, faith-driven, and family-oriented, often sharing photos with his loved ones on social media. He embraces both Brazilian flair and European tactical discipline, adapting well across leagues and cultures. Still only in his early twenties, Danilo continues to grow as a striker and as a person, with his best football years still ahead.
