These are the most beautiful football kits released this August

As all major football competitions are now underway, let’s look back at the football clubs that have still released football kits in the past month. We’ve compiled a list of ten of the most beautiful football shirts that have been released in the past month. Which ones do you like?

Atletico de Madrid

Atletico de Madrid has opted for a unique colour for this season’s away kit. The shirt is a celebration of Madrid’s Fuente de Neptuno (Fountain of Neptune), which is the place where the fans of the club get together to celebrate competitive triumphs, hence the light-blue design. It might not be to everyone’s liking, but we’re a fan.

OGC Nice

OGC Nice is celebrating its 120th anniversary with a special off-white/cream kit with gold details. The jersey created by Le Coq Sportif, includes all the names of the professional players who have worn the colours of OGC Nice throughout history. What a beautiful ode!

Athens Kallithea Home Kit

Athens Kallithea

Athens Kallithea, who is one of the contenders for having produced the nicest kits last season, has made a strong case for itself again this year. The club who recently promoted to Greece’s top flight has released a more classic and traditional home shirt in comparison to previous editions of kits they’ve made in collaboration with Bureau Borsche. Kallithea’s away kit has a similar design but is white instead of blue.

FC Augsburg Third Kit
Juventus Trefoil Kit

FC Augsburg

After FC Augsburg already made our list of July, the German Bundesliga club added another jersey to the list this month with its third kit. Augsburg’s kit collection is arguably the greatest one in the world this season. The third kit, dubbed the ‘’Roman kit’’, celebrates the connection between the club and the history of the city of Augsburg.

Juventus

The German brand adidas revealed its ‘’Trefoil’’ collection for a couple of European clubs. Our favourite, however, is the one they’ve created for the Italian powerhouse Juventus. The kit celebrates adidas’ 75th birthday in 2025 and the choice of colours is inspired by the night sky. The shirt also includes a golden Zebra crest, inspired by the 1980s and the usual club badge.

Norwich City Third Kit

Norwich City

Somehow the English football club Norwich City seems to capture our attention every year with one of its shirts. This year, the club has released a simple, yet stunning and sophisticated third kit. The off-white jersey is completed by Norwich’s traditional green and yellow colours. The men’s team will match the shirt in the same colour shorts, whereas the women will be playing in a green one.

Real Valladolid

The football club that is owned by the Brazilian legend Ronaldo, has released quite the kit collection this year. We love the club’s home kits, but its third kit is also quite remarkable. The Kappa jersey has a swirl effect in wine red and is an ode to the winemaking traditions of the local area.

Genoa CFC Away kit 24 25
Odense BK Away Kit 2024

Genoa CFC

After Genoa already released a magnificent home kit, the Serie A club has now also revealed a stunning away jersey for next season. The minimalistic and timeless design will prove to go down in history as a classic. It’s the first time since the 1980s that Genoa has replaced the club’s original crest with the ‘Gallinaccio’ griffin emblem.

Odense BK

The Danish football club Odense Boldklub unveiled their away kit this month and it’s a true beauty. The football club, that was founded in 1887, stepped away from its more traditional shirts to create a black and grey striped kit. There’s a strong argument for it being the best black kit this season.
