Life After Football goes Oman
After successfully hosting ten editions of Footgolf in the Netherlands and Belgium, it’s time for us to spread our wings and take on new challenges. We are excited to announce that we will be hosting an exclusive Footgolf event in beautiful Oman!
As the game of Footgolf continues to grow in popularity worldwide, we are taking the competition to the next level. An exclusive line-up of ex-internationals will join us in Oman for an exciting competition. The Governorate of Dhofar will be the playground from 9-14 October 2023.
Joining us on this trip are the following stars Dirk Kuyt, Ron Vlaar, André Ooijer, Mario Been, Maarten Stekelenburg and Eljero Elia, accompanied by Life After Football’s anchorman Regi Blinker.
These football stars will demonstrate their talent by kicking the ball with the precision and patience of a golfer. The event will take place on 12 October 2023 at the Marco Polo Golf Course in Salalah and is a must-see event!
Our football heroes will be staying at the exclusive Alila Hinu Bay in Salalah, Oman. During their stay, they will also have the opportunity to explore the beautiful wonders of Dhofar. Additionally, we will organize an exclusive football clinic on the beach for the local youth in cooperation with Petrogas.
This event is the perfect opportunity for creating online content and the production of a sports documentary, which will be broadcasted by one of the major Dutch sports channels.
