DOCU DAY: Angel Di Maria – Breaking Down The Wall
Netflix is releasing a three-part documentary series that offers an intimate and unprecedented view into the life and career of Angel Di Maria. In the documentary, the Argentinian footballer who played for clubs such as SL Benfica, Real Madrid, PSG, Manchester United and Juventus, opens up about his childhood and reveals he’s had to take sleeping pills during his career to deal with negative press. ‘’There are many things that people don’t know, don’t see,’’ Di Maria says in the official trailer.
The makers of the documentary interviewed his closest family members, as well as players and coaches he’s worked with in his career, such as Lionel Messi, Paulo Dybala, Neymar, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo, Rodrigo de Paul, Emiliano Martinez, Carlo Ancelotti, and José Mourinho, among others.

The documentary will be available to watch from September 12th on Netflix.
