Sneaker of the Week: New adidas Originals Yung-1

Our favourite sneaker to be released this time round is adidas Orignals’ Yung-1, which comes in three new colourways.

With neon playing a prominent part, the colours on option range from the very vibrant to the classily understated, all in this rather unique and on-trend shape. “Core Black/Hi-Res Yellow,” “Ftwr White/Collegiate Royal,” and “Solar Green/Real Purple” are the official colourways, each of them signed off with adidas’ iconic and downright gorgeous, Trefoil logo on the tongue.

A mixture of very sporty, breathable mesh fabric and a luxurious looking suede overlay makes these a pair typical of the modern adidas, as they make what could be a functional sports shoe into a release for the thriving streetwear market. Released on Sunday June 30th, this week is the new Originals’ Yung-1’s first on the market and they are all available from adidas.com.
