Sneaker of the Week: Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “UNC”

You don’t get more iconic sneakers than a pair of Js, and the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “UNC” proves that.

Beautifully retro in their style but with a very 2019 colour scheme, these new (old) Jordans bring a university blue to the classic silhouette. Dark Obsidian fills some of the other panels, with that clean white making these a truly fresh looking new pair of sneakers.

The winged Jordan logos on either heel are a highlight for fans of the brand, with the Nike Dunks style swoosh helping add a sense of nostalgia to these lace-ups. Ankle-padding and a thick midsole make for a durable, comfortable shoe, too, one that is genuinely good for playing basketball in.
