Sneaker of the Week: adidas Originals’ ‘Home of the Classics’

When it comes to sports brands, they don’t come much more iconic than adidas. And if that point needed proving, adidas have done so as they collaborate with Oyster Holdings for a minimal release of all their classics.

From the famous Stan Smith, to tennis sneakers like Torsion Comp, to basketball classics like the adidas Nizza, Oyster Holdings have released three decades worth of adidas shoes in stripped back colours. Mainly white with off-white soles, the result is a collection of sneakers that let their iconic shapes and styles do all the talking.

For additional features, the information usually found on the inside of the tongue such as the shoe size and more, can be found on the outside, as this thoughtful collaboration puts the product design front and centre. To be released on June 1st from adidas, one or two sneakers from this collection will be a must-by for big adidas fans.
