Fashion Friday: Hugo BOSS Fall/Winter 2019

We seem to be in the middle of Fashion Week season right now, as the biggest brands have flocked to London this week to showcase new looks and challenging ones. However, it was only last week that Hugo BOSS were flaunting this outstanding collect in New York.

In the Chelsea neighbourhood, a fittingly trendy and luxurious spot, BOSS sent some amazing looks down the runway. With the BOSS tradition of suits at the heart for much of the collection shown, there was a heritage feel with a wonderfully modern twist.

Luxurious fabrics and expert workmanship come together to refine and renew each piece. Knitwear features distinctive stripe motifs, while mixed materials are in evidence on both outerwear and accessories. As for the colours used, they are not dashed about at will and rather, are used tastefully and sparingly. A core palette of camel, mélange grey, biscuit and winter white. Accents include cool yellow together with a mix of blues brought to life with flashes of dark blush pink, all creating a timeless set of looks from BOSS this season.
