11 of the best-dressed footballers in Serie A in 2024

Football has an increasing influence on fashion. Players eagerly share their latest outfits on social media. Some football clubs have photographers waiting at the entrance to shoot the footballers as if they were on the catwalk of Milan Fashion Week. Life After Football has also been hosting the Fashion Player Awards, where we honour the most fashionable footballer of the year with a special prize, for a couple of years. So as a platform with a keen interest in this scene, here’s our list of the eleven most fashionable footballers in Serie A in 2024.

Rafael Leao fashion

1. Rafael Leão (AC Milan)

When creating a list of the most fashionable footballers, Rafael Leão simply has to be on there. The Portuguese winger is well-known for his fashion and hobbies off the pitch. Besides being one of the best players in the league, he also makes music for example. He’s never too shy to mix his outfits up, making everyone wait eagerly for his next Instagram post.

2. Albert Gudmundsson (Genoa)

The Icelandic international and Genoa winger Albert Gudmundsson is looking back on a fantastic season with his club. He’s had seventeen goal involvements in 34 appearances and his market value has sky-rocketed. This summer, the former player of AZ and PSV might move to an Italian top team. Off the pitch, however, Albert Gudmundsson has also caught our attention.

3. Moise Kean (Juventus)

Even though Moise Kean has not shown his talents on the pitch consistently over the last few years, he does rank as one of the best-dressed footballers in Serie A. The striker of Juventus loves his streetwear and regularly attends fashion shows.

4. Dusan Vlahovic (Juventus)

The Serbian footballer Dušan Vlahović is one of the most highly-rated strikers in world football. He has embraced Italy’s elegance while putting his own spin on it. One moment Vlahovic is rocking a more minimalistic oversized outfit with eye-catching sneakers, and the next you can see him in a modern suit.

5. Timothy Weah (Juventus)

Next on this list is another Juventus striker: Timothy Weah. The American is the son of arguably the best African footballer of all time and the current president of Liberia, George Weah. You either hate it or love it, but Weah is not afraid to express himself through fashion.

6. Jerome Boateng (Salernitana)

Even though Salernitana will be playing in Serie B next season, Jérôme Boateng is technically still a Serie A player. The former defender of Bayern Munich and the German national team dresses well and makes bold fashion choices.

7. Kingsley Ehizibue (Udinese)

Udinese’s wingback Kingsley Ehizibue keeps his outfits simple, but never misses. The Nigerian, who was born in Germany but raised in The Netherlands, is often seen wearing oversized fits and usually also sticks to his club colours black and white off the pitch.

8. Marcus Thuram (Inter Milan)

Marcus Thuram was born into a football family. His father is Lilian Thuram made 142 caps for the French national team and his brother Khéphren Thuram plays for OGC Nice. But the Inter attacker’s family are not only catching the attention on the pitch, but also in fashion.

9. Tammy Abraham (AS Roma)

Unfortunately, Tammy Abraham has been unable to retain his good form from the 2022-23 season into this one because of an injury that kept him sidelined for almost the entire year. We, however, haven’t forgotten about the English striker, who still regularly impresses with his fashionable style.

The 30-year-old Paulo Dybala is one of the most popular footballers in Italy. He’s not only beloved by the fans of AS Roma, but also by those of his former clubs Juventus and Palermo. On his Instagram he often shares moments from his life, which obviously include photos from the outfits he wears.

11. Noah Okafor (AC Milan)

The 24-year-old Swiss international Noah Okafor is not afraid to make bold fashion statements. He’s only been on our rader for a short while after rocking a full leather outfit a couple of weeks ago. It’s a promising start for a fashion player who might be gaining more attention soon.
