Our Editor’s Pick is reserved for only the best of the best in terms of products and new releases.
As such, our latest pick has to go to Samsung’s latest edition of The Frame and their work with Serif TV.
As we already know, this series of TVs is very unique. As per, when you are not using The Frame 2019 to enjoy TV or movies, The Frame’s Art Mode displays digital pieces of artwork, including paintings and pictures, to turn an everyday living space into an art gallery. In addition, The Frame’s Luminance Sensor adjusts colours on-screen to fit the ambient brightness of the room, delivering the perfect atmosphere, always.
But this latest model of The Frame also features the pristine picture quality of QLED, offering deeper contrasts, darker blacks and 100% colour volume. Also, Serif TV brings a gorgeous ‘capital I’ shape, making yet another unique addition to the world of Smart Televisions. Again, able to blend into the home, this is a TV that fits the room rather than dominating it. The timeless looking TV is the result of a unique collaboration between Samsung and the award-winning Paris-based design duo Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, who blend design and technology into a simple, functional solution.
In the Art Store, masterpieces from the Uffizi Galleries in Italy, the Van Gogh Museum in The Netherlands and Te Papa in New Zealand have recently been added. By distributing art through their stunning televisions, more and more people are seeing this work and that, amongst all the other features such as Smart TV technology and voice-activation, is what makes The Frame so special.
