adidas x BAPE Rewrite the Rules of Football Style
Football’s global heartbeat meets the raw energy of Japanese streetwear as adidas and BAPE launch a collection that bends tradition and redefines performance style. From pitch-ready boots to lifestyle icons, it’s a drop that proves the game’s influence stretches far beyond ninety minutes.
Icons Reimagined
The collaboration brings together BAPE’s bold camo identity with adidas’ sporting heritage, spanning the Predator Elite FT, the F50 Elite, and a reimagined adidas Samba, supported by apparel and accessories that blur the lines between matchday sharpness and everyday edge. The Predator arrives in full jungle camo with gold detailing and a fold-over tongue, a nod to its roots while pushing into new territory. The F50 shifts in smoky gradients with scattered stars and shark-bite accents, turning a boot built for speed into a cultural statement.
The Samba Gets a BAPE Twist
No adidas x BAPE drop would be complete without a twist on a classic, and this time the Samba takes center stage. Stripped of its iconic suede toe, it reemerges with a SKULL STA overlay, premium leather and asymmetric branding that flips adidas’ 3-Stripes and the BAPE STA depending on the shoe. Two colourways, white with black and grey hits and black with white accents, come finished with gold foil and camo sockliners, balancing heritage with disruption in true BAPE fashion.
Marcelo at the Helm
Fronting the campaign is Marcelo Vieira, a player whose flair and freedom embody the collection’s spirit of expression without limits.
