Chefs Leo Lee Meeuw Kjoe and Silvian Pastors have crafted a new four-course, seasonal menu with flexible options. Guests can mix and match each course to create their own MOON experience. Dishes include standouts like scallops with mushroom XO and beurre noisette, and short rib with fava beans and gochujang. At lunch, a light à la carte option is also available.

MOON’s interior makeover exudes warmth and sophistication. Think rust-toned accents, moss-green leather, velvet textures, natural wood, and soft lighting. The vibe is layered and intimate, with the ever-rotating view of Amsterdam setting the perfect scene.
