Neymar in Nike
The Brazil superstar features in this Instagram round up once again, following up last week’s Beats post with one this week for Nike.
The sportswear giant has just released a very impressive Swoosh Collection for SS19 and there’s no doubt that Neymar Jr is looking pretty swaggy in all yellow.
Bale’s post-Ajax post
Real Madrid were made to work very hard against Ajax in Amsterdam in this round’s Champions League action and their professional display was equalled with a professional post from Gareth Bale. No nonsense.
Messi and Busquets travel in style
Al greyed out from the trousers to the scarf, the great Lionel Messi and long-time teammate Sergio Busquets looked the part as they travel to Barcelona’s next match.
Look at the state of Messi’s beard, too, he looks like he is evolving into a god.
‘Great win, great performance, great celebration’ from Paul Pogba
Manchester United’s good form continued on Monday night, as their tricky FA Cup tie away at Chelsea ended in a 2-0 away win for the Red Devils.
Pogba scored United’s second, charging in with a header and ending up on his belly as the ball found the net, cueing these great scenes of celebration with Romelu Lukaku.
Beckham’s birthday message to an old friend
Both graduates of the Class of 92, Gary Neville and David Beckham have been friends for well over two decades.
What’s more is that, for much of their friendship, they shared the right flank of the pitch for either Manchester United or England, with Neville overlapping the famous number 7 time and time again. Neville celebrated his birthday this week and the former England captain sent him his best wishes with this throwback post.
