Sushisamba opens in Amsterdam

The unique restaurant chain that is Sushisamba has now officially opened in Amsterdam, bringing their combination of Japanese and South American cuisine to the canals of the Dutch capital.

The mix of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian culture arrives just in time for the Autumn, where the scenic city will be captivating viewing. Sitting on the stunning, seventeenth-century World Heritage site that is Singelgracht, the location is OPEN in more ways than one. An exposed kitchen to the restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows, inviting an open air dining experience during warmer months. But a colorful sushi bar at the centre of the space will be a warming sight no matter what season, complimented by Amsterdam’s own take on their SUSHISAMBA Orange Tree sculpture.
