This week, three exceptional things within the fashion world combined.
The luxurious watchmaker, TAG Heuer marked the illustrious New York Fashion Week by announcing that Bella Hadid, one of the most famous faces in the industry, will be the new face of their iconic brand.
It marks the beginning of another exceptional year for Hadid after 2016 saw her become one of the most recognisable faces in the world, growing her following on social media and capping the year by being voted ‘Model of the Year.’
As well as her obvious beauty, the 20-year-old’s fresh ideas and passion for photography were seen as a key reason why such a decision was made, as we can expect Bella to collaborate with aspects of the brand from now on. As the voice of many Millenials, Hadid represents a chance for TAG to reconnect with a younger audience and CEO, Jean-Claude Biver is excited to do so.

The venue for the event was Equinox Bond Street, a trendy fitness club used during New York Fashion Week – thus the boxing gloves. This was a fine choice as the brunette confidently showed off her figure, seemingly right at home in the gym. As one of the most famous stars in popular culture today at such a young age, TAG Heuer’s #DontCrackUnderPressure tagline fits her perfectly.
